Anti-Spam Policy

FreeMailin' Anti-Spam Policy

The purpose of FreeMailin' Anti-Spam Policy is to explain our policies and practices in regards to the prevention of unsolicited email(Spam) and assist recipients of unsolicited email.

About FreeMailin'
FreeMailin' is an email marketing service provided by EnSpot.com, Inc. This web-based service is used for opt-in email list management and mass communication. FreeMailin' offers the technology and infrastructure, but our clients manage their own email lists and mailings sent to those lists. In accordance with our Privacy Policy and our agreement with our Clients, FreeMailin' does not share any information or data with any third party.

Client Privacy Policies
Our Clients maintain their own privacy policies regarding their Member lists. You can contact a Client to inquire about their privacy policy by replying to the E-mail you received. E-mail sent by our Clients may contain links to sites other than our own. Those sites may not follow the same privacy policies as FreeMailin'. FreeMailin' is not responsible for the privacy policies of our Clients or of other companies.

No Spam Allowed
FreeMailin' does NOT permit our system to be used to send unsolicited email(Spam), and enforces our Anti-spam Policy using several methods as outlined below.

Anti-Spam Practices and EnEnforcement
To the best of our knowledge, FreeMailin' follows ALL state and national laws regarding sending unsolicited bulk email. Mailings sent from the FreeMailin' are CAN-SPAM Compliant.

We provide training to our staff to advise Clients on the proper methods they can use to build their email lists. Anti-Spam and CAN-SPAM information is also available via out Customer Support page.

On our agreement with our Clients, our Clients specifically agree NOT to use FreeMailin' to send unsolicited email or spam.

FreeMailin' by default requires Clients to use a Double-Opt-In method of verifying their email subscribers. Clients are required to provide opt-in records and privacy policy information to bypass this process.

FreeMailin' supports multiple OPT-OUT / REMOVE / UNSUBSCRIBE methods and automatically includes a link at the bottom of each message sent through FreeMailin'. Methods include reply email, forwarding email to optout@freemailin.com, Do Not Email(Global Opt-Out) page, and the ability for Clients to remove emails.

FreeMailin' maintains an OPT-OUT list that restricts our Clients from adding an email address to their list that has been previously Opted-Out.

We track all complaints by Client and compare complaint rates against averages that are acceptable by industry and Internet Service Provider standards. If we suspect a violation of our Anti-spam policy, we will contact the Client and discuss the Clients options, which may range from a warning, to termination of service for that Client.

Stop Receiving Emails
If you wish to be removed from ALL current and future Client email lists stored in the FreeMailin' Client Databases, please go to our Do Not Email(Global Opt-Out) page and enter your email address.

To report any abuse or violations of our Anti-Spam policy, please file a report by visiting our Report Abuse Page and completing the form, or, forward the email you received to abuse@enflyer.com. Your report will be registered and that Client will be investigated for violations of our Anti-spam Policy.

Administrators and ISPs

If you receive complaints about unsolicited email sent from our service, please report this by using the Report Abuse page or forward the email to abuse@enflyer.com, along with your contact information.
